Chapter 9:
A universe of vibrations

vibrational world, energy and frequency, raising vibration, law of attraction

Duration : 2h 30

Content

Welcome to the hidden side of reality.
The one we can’t see, but we can feel.
The one that flows through us, gives us life, connects us to the stars.

The universe isn’t silent, it vibrates, it pulses, it sings.
And we sing along with it.

Our body is nothing more than an invisible orchestra of atoms in motion.
Our thoughts are waves.
Our emotions, frequencies.
And our intentions, commands sent straight to the big cosmic server.

So... what music are you vibrating today?

everything is vibration  |  frequencies and life energy  |  synchronicities and universal alignment  |  sound and vibrational healing  |  colors and spiritual frequencies  |  law of resonance  |  intention and vibrational creation  |  cosmic vibes and astrology  |  subtle energy and light body  |  sacred geometry and mandalas  |  quantum universe and consciousness  |  vibrational spirituality

Chapter content 9

everything is vibration, us too

Take a hand.
Yours, if possible.
If we could zoom inside down to the tiniest level, what would we see?
Cells? Yes.
Molecules? Sure.
But deeper: atoms.
And these atoms? They’re not frozen like in those old school science books.
No, they spin, they vibrate, they pulse.
Almost at the speed of light.

Yep: everything spins, everything vibrates, everything moves.

Even what feels solid is just a cloud of particles buzzing with invisible energy.
You, me, this page, this text… we’re all made of atoms dancing, balanced between attraction and repulsion, like a giant quantum choreography.

And these charges (+) or (-), this microscopic magnetism, it’s not sci-fi.
It’s why we get chills when someone walks into a room.
Why we feel pushed away from some people for no clear reason, or pulled to others like magnets.
We call it “vibes.”
Or “waves.”
Or “aura.”
Doesn’t matter what word you use.

What’s sure is our body radiates.

Science is just starting to catch up.
Animals, they’ve always known.
They feel our emotions.
They sniff out our fears.
They pick up what we humans trained ourselves to ignore: that we’re living antennas.

And like any antenna, we send and we receive.
Depending on our inner state, our emotions, our intentions, our electromagnetic field shifts.

When we’re in love, it expands.
When we’re angry, it shrinks and turns red.

So yeah, everything we are, everything we think, everything we eat (yep, even that McDonald’s at 11pm...) goes into this huge vibrational machine.
Even the worst chemical junk has a vibe.

The question is: is our body aligned enough to transform it, recycle it, or throw it out…

And here’s where it gets interesting: if everything vibrates, then our thoughts vibrate too.
Our intentions are frequencies.
Our choices are magnetic acts.
We attract what we are, not what we want.

So if you want to “raise your vibration,” it doesn’t mean becoming a Tibetan monk or rubbing yourself with crystals under the full moon.
Sometimes… it just means listening to yourself, lining up, and sending the right frequency.

And who knows?
The world might vibe back.

/
I know a woman, true story, over 40 years old, who has never drunk a single drop of water in her life.
Not once. Nada. Zero.
Not half a glass, not a sip after sports, not even with medicine.

Nope, this woman runs 100% on Coca-Cola.

Yeah, you read that right.
Her blood must be fizzy.
Horrifying, right?
And yet? She’s fine.
Healthy.
No pimples, no shakes, no third arm growing out her back.
A mutant, I tell you.
Looks like her body just went: “Alright then… we’ll work with what we’ve got.”

Shows you the body adapts to anything, absolutely anything, as long as you do it with joy, with awareness, and without guilt.
If she felt guilty every sip, she’d probably be sick ages ago.
But nope, she enjoys it, she owns it, she’s happy about it.
And her body followed.

Extreme case, sure.

But it raises a real question: what if it’s not so much what we eat or drink that hurts us most… but the way we do it?
Fear, shame, mental tension create more acidity than a warm soda.
Bottom line: if you’re gonna have a Big Mac or a frozen pizza, love it, bless it, savor it like a sacred dish, and digest it with gratitude.
At least then, you’re sending a clear signal to your cells: “All good. I’m at peace.
Do your thing in peace.”

/
To bounce back on your point, dad, I also realized how much our emotional state directly affects our body.
Since I was little, I’ve been super into health and wellness, sometimes even obsessed, especially about my body and how it looked in the mirror.

I’ve always been slim, but around 18–19, my body changed: I gained a few kilos, and fast it became a big deal in my head.
I started doing diets, overdoing workouts, sometimes way too much.
I lost that weight quick, but the psychological impact stayed. For years, the fear of “gaining it back” haunted me.
I kept swinging between restriction and indulgence, like a tiring pendulum.

The real shift came when I understood it wasn’t just what I ate that mattered, but how I experienced it. For a long time, every meal was full of guilt, shame, or fear.
My digestion was always acidic, my cortisol levels shot up, my whole body went into stress mode, like it had to fight off a threat.
At those times, no matter what I ate, my body stored everything, convinced danger was near.

Then I learned to let go.
To be mindful with food, to enjoy every bite, to bring in pleasure and gratitude.
Once I started sending signals of peace to my body, everything unlocked: my digestion calmed, my organs got back in rhythm, and most of all, I rebuilt a healthy relationship with food.

Now I clearly see the vibe you eat with is just as important, maybe more, than what’s on the plate.
It’s not just about calories or macros, it’s about energy, awareness, and self-love.

body, emotions and frequencies

You’d think a body is just a bio machine with organs, fluids, and muscles moving around.
Wrong! Well… not totally wrong, but way incomplete.

The body is an orchestra, and every emotion is a note, a vibration.
A frequency.

And that frequency… it resonates.
Inside.
Everywhere.
Especially in our cells.

When you’re scared, everything tightens up.
Your shoulders go up, your belly clenches, your breath gets short.
Your body gets heavy.
It’s physics: stress lowers your frequency.
It compresses you.
It weighs you down.

When you feel joy, gratitude, or love, it’s the opposite.
Everything opens up.
You breathe better, you stand taller, your eyes soften.
It’s expansion.
You vibrate higher.
Literally.

And you know what?
Your cells are listening.

Yep, emotions talk to cells.
They give them “vibrational orders.”
They change the body’s chemistry.

That’s what neuroscience and epigenetics have been finding these last years: the way you think and feel changes how your DNA behaves.
It’s not New Age poetry, it’s lab-tested.

Chronic anger or repeated sadness, for example, aren’t “just” moods.
They’re frequencies that acidify your system, drop your immunity, drain your heart.

On the flip side, high emotions like gratitude or enthusiasm heal, regenerate, re-energize.
They send your body the signal: “All good. You can relax. You can heal.”

Picture every emotion as a DJ switching the background track in your body.
Do you want stressful heavy metal or healing bossa nova?
You pick the soundtrack.

We can’t stop all emotions.
We’re human.
But we can choose not to be run by them.
To feel them, yes, then shift them.
Not hand them the keys of the ship.

And more than that, we can use them as a vibrational GPS.
Every emotion is a signal: I feel light? I’m aligned.
I feel heavy, tight?
Maybe something’s off.
Maybe my body’s whispering I forgot who I am.

So, breathe.

Emotion is a message.
A frequency.
And your body is an antenna.

Learn to listen… and switch frequency when the track gets too heavy.

/
My body was talking… I just wasn’t listening.

One day, when I was working for a big company, I had an important meeting.
The kind where you’re supposed to look confident, sharp, serious even.
But that morning, I couldn’t get out of bed.
Not tired.
Not sick.
Just a giant knot in my stomach.
Like a silent alarm.

Well… I still went, like a good soldier in my head.
And of course, the meeting was a total disaster.
Wrong timing, wrong people, wrong vibe.

That’s when it clicked: my body knew.
It already got the message from above.
It was already vibing “no” before my brain decided to hide it under a suit.

Since then, I’ve learned to listen.

A weird gut feeling?
A heavy emotion flooding me?
I ask myself:
Am I in the right place?
Am I forcing it?
Am I betraying myself?

And sometimes, just shifting one thought, or adjusting one intention, is enough for my body to relax, breathe, realign.
Like it’s saying: “Finally, thanks for listening, man!”

the universe as a mirror, law of resonance

If everything is vibration, then it makes sense that what I vibe, I attract.

That’s what we call the law of resonance.

Not some smoke-and-mirrors belief from a spaced-out guru, but a universal energetic principle: two similar frequencies attract.
Like two tuning forks that start vibrating in sync across the room.
Like two souls recognizing each other without a word.

In other words, life shows you what you vibe.

You vibe fear?
You’ll run into situations that make you live it.

You vibe trust?
You’ll attract people who respect you and lift you up.

You vibe rejection?
Guess what… you’ll feel rejected (even if it’s not true).

You vibe love?
Bingo! You step into another dimension of life.

It’s not magic, it’s subtle quantum mechanics.

When you shift your inner frequency (your thoughts, your emotions, your level of faith), you change the “antennas” you’re sending out into the invisible.

And the universe, like a cosmic radar, picks that up and sends back what matches.

What you believe becomes your reality.
Not because it’s “true,” but because you feed it with attention, energy, and so… vibration.

/
Something I realized a few years ago: when we judge how someone else reacts to their situation — “I would’ve done it different, I would never have stayed in that relationship, I wouldn’t have said that…” — life always ends up putting us in a similar spot.

Not as punishment, but as a mirror, to make us live in our own skin what we thought was so easy to judge in someone else…

/
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is also the simplest: I create my reality.
That’s it.
Easy to say, way trickier to live every day.

Because if I create my reality, then I’m responsible for everything, absolutely everything, that happens to me.
The raise I got after hustling hard?
Easy to accept.
But breaking my ankle a week before my ski trip… that’s a lot harder to swallow.

And yet, if everything happens for me and not against me, then every event has meaning. In the invisible layers of the quantum, maybe I sent out thoughts, emotions, vibes that condensed at just the right moment.
Even what seems absurd or unfair carries a message, a direction, a chance for transformation.

Not going skiing, for example, might force me into introspection I would’ve avoided otherwise.
Maybe it’s a chance to face my jealousy, to work on comparisons, or simply to slow down.
Maybe the real lesson isn’t in what I lost, but in what I found inside myself.

So yeah, from the outside, it might look “simplistic,” like dressing up suffering as wisdom.
But honestly, why not?
If this way of looking at things lets me turn every situation into a lesson, if it frees me from being a slave to my emotions and helps me let them pass… then it’s not illusion, it’s liberation.

Changing my perspective instantly shifts my energy. And when my energy shifts, the reality coming back to me shifts too. That’s why the law of resonance is way more than a concept: for me, it’s a way of life.

the mirror effect

Another powerful side of the law of resonance is the mirror effect.

Other people often reflect back to us parts of ourselves we don’t wanna see (or we forgot about).
Someone close to you annoys you?
What if it’s a trait you also carry, one you still refuse to love in yourself?

A meeting shakes you up?
Maybe it’s waking up an old version of you… or a future one in the making.

Vibrational encounters, the ones that electrify or disturb you, are never “by chance.”
They’re reminders.
Catalysts.
Opportunities for growth in disguise.

synchronicities and chance (or not)

And then there are those little “coincidences” that aren’t…
You think of someone and they text you.
You’re looking for an answer, and a book “falls” off the shelf.
You shift inside, and suddenly, the right opportunity shows up.

Coincidence?
The universe smiles.
It whispers: “You’re vibing right. Keep going.”

/
When the universe gives you a wink!

I quit smoking in 2025.
Pretty simple actually.
One day I told myself: “Why the hell are you still sucking down this crap smoke?”
So I quit.

A few days later, I took a flight.
I checked in my backpack, and boom, security check.
They dragged me into a small room with five guys looking at me with smirks, like I was Pablo Escobar.
One puts on rubber gloves, the others dig into my bag, pulling out shirts, shorts, socks…
And me, a bit embarrassed: “Damn, my dirty laundry really stinks, this sucks.”

They search, they scan, they sweat.
I start laughing inside.
And then, the big catch: they finally find the “crime”…
An old lighter.
A sad little lighter forgotten at the bottom of the bag.
Nothing else.

And that’s when I got the message.
The universe winked at me:
“See Phil? Smoking’s trash.
It only brings you trouble.
And it’s not for you anymore.”

Message received. 🙂

astrology and cosmic vibes

If everything vibrates, then the stars do too.

And their movement isn’t just a pretty sky dance for sleepless poets: planets send out waves, gravitational fields, symbolic forces, and even powerful archetypes that shape us from our very first breath.

Our birth chart, what people call the natal chart, is our starting vibrational print.
Kind of like the soul’s energy code, stamped at the moment we enter this big game called life.

And honestly, it’d be nice if our social systems remembered that…

A forgotten tool… to place us better

Imagine a world where astrology was used smartly:

A world where instead of sending a sensitive Pisces to handle angry clients, we’d put them in a creative or meditative space, where they’d shine.

A world where we wouldn’t ask a rigid Capricorn to lead a team, but let a warm Leo or a fired-up Aries do it.

That’s how it was in old civilizations: astrology helped put the right people in the right places.
An air sign for communication, an earth sign for structure, a fire for action, a water for listening.

Simple.
Efficient.
Human.

But today?
You can’t even put your birthdate on a CV, “discrimination,” they say.

Result: we ditch ancient wisdom and keep messing up human casting in schools, companies, relationships, governments…

A science of the soul, not a crystal ball…

Astrology isn’t predictive like some think.
It doesn’t say what WILL happen.
It shows trends, potentials, tension zones, or growth paths, inner movements.

A well-read birth chart is a roadmap of our energy, not a prison.
And it’s a modern crime to call it superstition, when it’s one of the strongest tools to know ourselves better.

And you, what are you vibing?

Your Sun shows your life energy.
Your Moon, your emotional world.
Your Rising, the way you step into the world.
And Mars, Venus, Mercury, and the others… all frequencies in your cosmic orchestra.

So instead of waiting for society to wake up, start by exploring your own vibrational map.
It’s not esoteric, it’s deeply logical: you were born at one very specific moment in the universe… That’s no accident.

/
A few years ago, my sister got into astrology.
At 18, she decided to read my birth chart.
She warned me: I was still young, maybe I wouldn’t get it, maybe it’d be too soon.
But I insisted — and thank god.

Because through her words, she lit up emotions I already had inside me, without even knowing it.
For me, that’s exactly what this tool is for: to deeply understand who you are, and to guide you into becoming a better version of yourself.
Because now, you know yourself a little more.

/
Like my sister said, astrology is my very first passion.
The day I discovered the depth of this language, I knew I’d found a tool that would mark my life.
Because it’s way more than a system of signs: it’s a weave that connects symbolism, anthropological observation of cycles over time, and straight math.
And I fell in love with it.

For me, the natal chart isn’t a prediction, but a potential to become. It doesn’t tell you what you’ll live, it doesn’t dictate anything.
It invites you. It opens a door to a version of yourself you could embody, if you choose.
A potential that can shake up your world, flip it even, but always resonates deeply with your soul.

Of course, you can choose to ignore your chart and take another road.
But in my experience, what it reveals, nobody hears it as something foreign.
On the contrary. So many times in consultations people told me:
“It’s crazy… everything you just said, I already knew inside. But I never dared hear it out loud.”

That’s the power of astrology: putting words on what was already silently vibing.
And when it’s spoken, it soothes, it reassures, it gives direction.
It becomes a guide, not outside, but inside.

For me, it’s one of the most precious tools to truly know yourself, remember who you are, and move forward with more clarity.
In the end, the chart isn’t a fixed destiny: it’s an energy map reminding us that at the very moment of our birth, we were already in resonance with the universe.

intention creates frequency

A thought isn’t just some abstract thing floating in the brain, like a cloud in the sky.
It’s a wave.
A vibration.
A frequency.

And like any frequency… it sends something out.
It has an impact.
It interacts with your body, your environment, with others.
It shapes your vibrational field, and so, your reality.

When the universe clears a row

Here’s a fun little story:
I get on a plane, sit down chill, and thirty seconds later… bam! Three guys pile into my row.
Two right next to me, and the third across the aisle.
The “loud tourist bros on holiday” type: talking loud, laughing, blasting music on their phone, zero respect.
The cliché (too common ☹️).

Of course, my mind kicks off instantly:
“Why next to me? What did I do to deserve this?
How am I supposed to handle these clowns for hours?”
You know, the usual inner rant on repeat.

Then I breathe.
I let go.
I tell myself: “Whatever. I’ll keep smiling and stay cool no matter what.”
And then… magic.

Two minutes later, the guys next to me decide to join their buddy across the aisle, because seats just “happened” to free up thanks to a small shuffle of passengers.

Result: I end up… alone with a whole row to myself.
How sweet is that?
Just another proof that when you let go, the universe finds a way to reward you or bring exactly what you need.

one thought = one wave = one consequence

You think you’re useless?
You vibe “useless.”

You think you’re lucky?
You vibe “luck.”

You think you’ll never make it?
Guess what you’re attracting…

What we think, we project.
What we project, we create.

And the more that thought is fueled by a strong emotion (joy, fear, anger, love…), the more powerful its vibration.

intention, the gps of the universe

Intention isn’t some vague wish.

It’s a clear order sent to the universe.
Like taking the wheel of your life and typing your destination into the cosmic GPS.

But watch out: if you write “I kinda wanna succeed… unless it scares me… but maybe I’d like to… possibly…”
=> GPS lost.
Signal scrambled.

Result: existential U-turn.
The universe answers clarity.
Not doubt.

A set, owned, aligned intention is a quantum bomb.

vibing right

You wanna change your life?
Start by consciously choosing what you wanna vibe.

Not what you wanna “have.”
But what you wanna embody.

➡ I choose peace.
➡ I choose trust.
➡ I choose to radiate love.

And careful, no cheating:
The universe reads between the lines, it picks up what you vibe… not what you post on Instagram.

The “ifs” don’t exist in the ether

Ah… the famous “ifs.”
Everyone’s got them.

What if I lose my job?
What if my boyfriend cheats?
What if my mom finds out?
What if I get sick?
What if I’m not good enough?
What if I fail at everything?

And if… and if… and if…

See where I’m going?
The mind is like a Hollywood producer of disaster movies.
Unlimited budget to crank out 12 episodes of “What if everything goes wrong”… per day.

The conditional doesn’t vibe

The ether, the universe, frequency, don’t understand conditional tense.

The universe doesn’t care what you want “if ever.”
It hears what you vibe right here, right now.
And if you vibe doubt, it mirrors it back: confusion.

It’s math.
Vibrational.
You vibe “I’m scared he’ll leave me”
➜ you attract fear, doubt, jealousy, mistrust…

and you might just create exactly what you were afraid of.

Stop the nonsense at birth

First step: spot the thought.
“OK, I just got this weird idea: maybe he’s cheating… and my stomach’s in knots.”

Perfect. You caught it.
Next?
Choose.
Do you give power to that thought?
Or do you shut it down?

“Nope. I don’t want that. I choose to trust.”
“I’m not giving credit to that scenario. Thanks, goodbye.”

No fight.
No drama. Just… redirection.
It’s your mind.
Not your master.
You decide what you align with.

We create what we vibe

Every thought is a vibrational seed.
You vibe “fear,” you water the wrong seed.
You vibe “love,” you feed the seed of joy, health, trust.

It’s not magic, it’s subtle mechanics.

Cancer, burnout, accidents, conflicts…
Most of the time, it’s our repeated thoughts, our anxious inner movies,
our off-key vibrations, that open the door to all that.

The real power: trust

That’s the big challenge:
Trust life, trust yourself, trust the process.

Not always easy, true.
But the more you practice, the more natural it gets.

“No, I refuse to feed that thought.”
“I choose peace.”
“I trust. And I move forward.”

That’s when you become a conscious creator.
Not a victim of the wind… but a sculptor of your own sky.

Align to vibe right

You know what an out-of-tune instrument sounds like, right?
You play a note, and… ouch. It scratches. It stings. It sounds wrong.

Well, we humans are like cosmic violins.
And when we’re not aligned between what we think, what we feel, what we say, and what we do…

We play out of tune.

What alignment really is

It’s when your body, your heart, your head, and your soul look the same way.
When you say yes but your gut says no, that’s dissonance.
When you laugh with people you don’t really like, just to keep face…
You’re vibing a small lie.

And trust me, the universe hears it all.
It picks up the wrong note.

When we lie to ourselves, we vibe blurry

You wanna move forward, but you wear a mask?
You say you’re happy, but your eyes scream the opposite?
You claim “all good,” but your back locks, your sleep runs away, your throat tightens?

You’re not aligned.
And so… you don’t attract what’s right for you.

The goal is tuning, not perfection

Alignment doesn’t mean everything’s smooth, zen, perfect 24/7.
It means you respect yourself.
That you listen.
That you adjust.

“Does what I say match what I feel?”
“Are my choices in line with my real values?”
“Am I listening to myself, or just pretending?”

That’s when the vibe gets clear, sharp, magnetic.

And that’s when synchronicities pop, when doors open.
Because you vibe “truth.”
You vibe “me, for real.”

You are a cosmic accordion

When you vibe right, the world plays along with you.
When you cheat yourself, it squeaks, it drags, it jams.

So tune yourself.
Adjust your note.
And play your real music.

Because the world needs people who sound true, not who shine fake.
